I tell ya, I feel thinner, my clothes are looser, and I am getting more comments - BUT the durn SCALE won't MOVE. I feel my stomach empty after 2 hours of eating, so I know my portions are good and I am burning it quick. I read another post about losing inches without losing weight, and I guess there is some truth in that, as either my clothes are growing, or I am shrinking. All in all, it's a good feeling - just frustrated at the scale. *grumble*
