Struggling with this slowing down of weight loss with these last 10 lbs to go or so. I'm sure I'm not alone in this "plateau" thing. Despite being very diligent about what I eat, getting additional exercise, trying to get enough sleep, etc., I still have only a .6 lb loss in 2 weeks. And with the way my weight has been fluctuating (by 10ths), I'm not even sure how long that weight will hold.

Hate to whine but it's the truth.
