Officially started on Monday, August 30th. Didn't know about this site until yesterday. Looks like I lost an extreme 8 pounds in 1 day. Oh wouldn't that be wonderful!!! Alas, I know it would never stay off. I know just stay the course and forget about those carbs and sugar, sugar, sugar.
