Kind of ate like a pig. I read about "cheating my metabolism" into burning high by alternating three low-cal days with one normal-cal day. And the one day turned into a few... it only means I'm not losing weight... sigh... I went to the Gym today, and I think I might start taking that "Weight Lifting" challenge seriously. Take, for example, that ridiculous amount of water I'm supposed to drink... I'm just gonna LIFT IT! Ha!

After reading the Half-Assed (Half of Me) blog, one thing stuck to my mind. She said that she religiously did exercise everyday keeping in mind if she waited for her to FEEL like exercising, it would never happen. And I think that is my biggest problem. My Gym is at school, and yet I pass it front of it on my way to the metro without thinking of going in. So I went today and was on the threadmill for real. And did weight training for real instead of bumping around from machine to machine in boredom. Hope for a change?
