Okay so, I have to be honest w/ all my friends. On Friday to celebrate the loss of 7lbs and missing all the great food I took 1 BITE, not a whole one but just a bite of bacon....OMG IT WAS SOOOOOOOO GOOD AND GREASY....LOL. And well, on Saturday I went out to a kereoki bar and I ended up having 2 shots of tequila, boy did those hit me pretty hard....I chased them both w/ 2 cups of water each though.....That was it, that was my cheating for the weekend. I started my cardio kickboxing workout today and I plan to alternate that w/ my stairstepper excercise is that good or should I just stick to the cardio workout for the next 3 weeks of phase 2? Hope all you gals are doing just as good at maintaining, losing and/or whatever your goal is.* xoxo liz*
