Had a wonderful workout today. Chris was in my head (always is on pushups) tonight and I busted out 4 pull-ups. Gave hubby a turn at abs then busted out 2 more then 1 at the end. Some other basketball parents were there and looked over while I was busting out the 4. Her look was worth the extra effort lol.

An employee was working out. She’s tall and pencil thin. I always try to watch her if I can. She is starting to get some decent muscle tone but doesn’t do a lot of upper body other than curls and tricep pull downs. Tonight she was doing 185# on hip thrusts! Holy moly! Maybe that’s something we need to incorporate into our Friday Free Day. I just find it a bit embarrassing to do that move in public lol.
