Wow. Haven't done this in a while.

I love how I receive emails on journal entries now, especially on my BlackBerry, as it is hard to navigate the full site in teeny-tiny letters! Great to hear from everybody.

I was out for a month recently after umbilical surgery (belly button blew right out! Don't get old...) And was S-L-A-C-K about my diet. Gained 10 pounds. Crap. Dunno how many kilograms that is, but it p*$$ed me off right good. SO... Back doing the right thing. Feel so much less guilty being my hungry self again.

Btw, I'm 100% physically now and back building the finest ships on the planet. Keeps my mind and body pretty darn busy.
