Last weekend I heard that my aunt has pancreatic chance stage 4. My brother wrote his car off. This week I am doing renovations to my dad's house. Everything is covered in dust. Still have to work every day and then try to eat healthy. Not having a great time.

keep going... stress is high so we want to reach for the comfort food and to heck with everything else... thats the one good thing you still have control of.... you've done so well so far....

Hopefully I will have my kitchen back today. This week has taken its toll on my body but I'm back on track today for sure.
