I've stopped tracking my calories. I found I was usually eating *more* as I "had room" in my daily intake, whereas when I I don't track but am more conscious of what I eat I sometimes go over (and inherently know the days I do) but for the most part am under but satisfied, often on more of a snacking throughout the day rather than traditional meals but blissfully unaware that I'm actually under my DCI. So, going to keep not tracking for a week or so and see how that goes.

I noticed this problem awhile back too. For me. not tracking doesnt keep me accountable so I lowered my RDI in settings so instead of having to stay under 1800 cal my goal would be staying under 1500. once I mastered that, I upped it to 1600 which I hardly ever hit. everything works differently for everyone- just another idea :)
