Feeling really yucky today. I can't taste much of anything and don't really feel like eating. Cough, cough cough. I hope this thing blows over fairly quickly. I'm trying to make sure I eat like I have been. Healthy and at the times I normally eat but the last two days have been tough. I just want to crawl into bed with my water bottle and sleep. BUT I am still excercising and recording my stuff here. Consistency has alway been a HUGE issue for me and since I have been doing so well the last few months, i'm not going to let a little illness stop me now :) Hope everyone is having a great day and good luck with any goal you have set yourself today. We can do it because we are worth it!
