we got this this is my first week on the app and I lost 6 lbs and stopped drinking soda. and I haven't been hungry. trying to get my weight down before back surgery and just to be the best me.

I have the same problem. Recently I went up a little. Now I’m down to 232 I hope to continue to eat carefully. Thanks for sharing! I’ve got aways to go. My goal is 180

I bounce around the 234 - 236 somethings higher. My overall goal is 170's. I try to give myself short term goal that I think I can do 230. However it's been months of bouncing. I self sabotage. My dietician has recommended I talk to Cognitive Behavior Therapist. I am going to try. I also need to create an exercise plan but have never liked exercise, it's chore and not something I enjoy. To end on a good note i have lost around 25 - 30 lbs. and have kept it off.
