I can't believe what I did last night. I am not feeding myself enough, somehow, and I became too hungry. I overate, steak, steak fat, cereal, even a small bag of yogurt raisins. I'm sure I ate well over 2,000 calories for the day. So now I have to bounce back again. Hopefully a day of eating well will be enough to bring me back under 150. But as it is, I'm afraid to go on the scale.
