starting week 3 of bodybeast. next week bulk phase then vacation, maybe vacation. ugh. I feel great and will not miss any workouts this weekend last weekend I missed 3 but made up 2 and no eating out! I will have wine though :-) I took a pic before bodybeast and I will take one in 2 weeks then post them side by side :-/
