I don't recall anything I eat, which makes it a real challenge to stick to the Diet Calendar. I must be impulsively eating again. I've been getting a big itch to go to the gym everyday... can't explain it. I just feel so much better and less anxious when I do, even if I just go on the threadmill for 10 minutes. I wish my friends shared this commitment. Back to school and already, nobody wants to go to the gym today... even though it's the school gym and it's only 15 dollars a month.

I hate recording what I eat which can be a blessing and a curse. It's great that you feel anxious to get to the gym. Maybe all your friends feel tied up getting started with school. Keep getting to the gym no matter what and they'll eventually come around.

I'm not sure what you're school is like but one trick that you could do is to walk to classes instead of taking a bus. I just graduated and noticed that part of my weight gain is because I don't have classes to walk to anymore. I'm the same way as you though were I feel much better on the days that I go to the gym and it feels like an extra challenge on the days I try to get my sister to go with me. Even if you go alone though, atleast you know that you're going and you can feel good about that. Hopefully your friends will see progress that you're making and you can be an inspiration.
