OK I've managed to put the brakes on, a bit, but still feeling like I could eat all day! Just back below 58kg today, going in teh right direction again.

Welcome back towards goal, Karen. You know what to do to get there - just do it. Sometimes it gets to be much more of a struggle than other times, but you'll get there.
