french toast made with 3 slices albany kilojoule controlled bread 1 whole egg and 1 egg white,almond milk,cinnamon,vanilla extract and topped with 175g fat free yogurt,and a apple and cinnamon sweetner then i topped that with sugar free pancake syrup :)
