With my hectic schedule as student, full time employed single mom, I had to find an eating lace that would be sustainable for me as well as result in weight loss with little to no training. As much as I love working out, this season of my life has shifted my priorities. So a combination of LCHF, Intermittent Fasting and counting macros has really been effective for me. It’s taken me about 6 months to loose about 8 kg. And I haven’t even been that strict. I’ve had the odd cheat day here and there and because I don’t find myself craving carbs anymore...only a McFlurry every 2nd Sunday lol. Taking a moment today to tell myself how proud I am of me. I have a history of eating disorders which stemmed from wanting to lose weight because I hated my body. This time I’ve grown to love myself and my motivation has completely changed. I want to put things that’s good for my body into it because I deserve it and I’m worth it. Happy Day 4 of lockdown everyone 🍓
