I didn't exercise today, my tummy is still rumbley. My goal was to work out ever OTHER day, so if I would have made it today, it would have just been a bonus. I'll definately have to work out tomorrow.

I did really well on my intake, but I don't think I ate enough calories to be healthy. Maybe later on tonight I'll have a bowl of cereal. What do you guys think? Should I eat more if I'm not hungry? I mean, I ate a TON of veggies today so am feeling kinda full.

My Husband is being pretty supportive if not indifferent. It's so much better than being forced into fast food for dinner.
