I'm finding that where I get enough sleep, my body processes food better. Hence the reason that I have been fighting with 320 for about 3 weeks now. Sometimes I get a good night's rest, and other times, I don't sleep well at all.

Pain is the main reason for that. I've been trying to drop my intake of prednisone to 15 mg a day. That's still quite a bit, but its better then 18 mg a day. With a drop of steroids comes pain, fatigue, hot flashes and moodiness. Its like being on your period....only I don't have those anymore.

I do find myself craving sweets. I usually have sugar free jello in the frig, but that doesn't sound as good as smores or ice cream. I will have to come up with a way of satisfying this craving without blowing the diet.
