So, today I NOT hungry but I do get prangs of hunger but they go away quickly. I think it was the heat and distaste of what I was making lol. I should always cook high calorie foods because the thought of what goes into them make me too full to eat it much. Lucky for me I don't like icing and filling in cakes. I am making a game plan to enjoy but not go nuts on my calorie intake tomorrow. It will be difficult and I know I will go over my RDI but it is for my father's birthday so I can bend a little. Just the thought of eating that many calories is turning me off from foods.
Today I made a Tiramisu Cake and Baklava for tomorrow's celebration. The cake is not that horrible at about 240 calories without filling/icing/ladyfingers. Lucky for me, I don't like Filling/Icing (never did --too sweet and now that I know buttercream..is BUTTER with sugar..complete turn off). Ladyfingers are not bad at 30 calories each. The Baklava is 320 calories each piece (YIKES). I am going to eat a half piece. I figure that if I have a piece of cake: 240 calories, 1 lady finger, 30 calories and half a piece of baklava: 160 calories and a 8 oz skim milk: 86 calories: 516 calories...Yikes high but it is a celebration.

Mom is making dinner so I can't accurately calculate the calories but I can estimate. Breakfast will be light (200 calories) and I will be doing a lot of walking and shopping tomorrow. I can try to keep lunch light too. Also I will be on the elliptical for 10 minutes starting tomorrow. Plus walking my dog and playing outside with him will knock off some excess calories. I think I can do this!
