Can't believe I just did W5D2 of C25K!!! We won't think about W5D3 for now...too scary!
I'm recommitting to tracking my food intake. I got a little lazy over the last two weeks. It's easy when I'm eating the same basic foods, but it gets more troublesome when I go to events or eat out, so then I get lazy . . . But, starting today, I'm back on track!
