Pardon my language, but my entire weekend was shot to shit. The 4th of July brought delicious, yet fattening food, and because I was able to eat some of it and not gain weight (because my metabolism increased!), my brain said, 'Okay, you can eat as much as you want all weekend.' *grumpy face* It's all my fault, but fortunately, getting back to work will mean that I can get back on a regular eating schedule. Also, I'm leaving for a Harry Potter themed camp that I'm a counsellor for next week, so I'll be chasing little kids, eating well (they always have healthy food there, which is great!!), and having a blast. I'm looking forward to it, and I'm going to do my best to stay hydrated too!
