I started my diet on June 20, 2013 and I was 131 pounds. I've lost 20 pounds so far and was 310,8 this morning. Drinking 2 liters of unsweet black and green tea (minimum) daily.
Sticking to a 1000/cal/day and having no problems. I splurge a tiny bit occasionally. Mostly sticking to the diet.
Grilled or broiled sirloin steak talapia chicken
and
Spinach and veg salads with a vinegar and spices dressing.
Fruit - in very limited amounts apple navel orange strawberry blueberry (very little, just picked off a bush)
I have a melba toast or several in a day, but not every day.
