Today I talked to my boss who lost 90 lbs in a years time and use to run marathons. I must say that she has helped me a lot on things that I never thought about. Thank you Gina. Changing up the way I eat things and the times. I know I didnt lose that much this week on the biggest loser and that is so disappointing to me but I am going to get things started again hopefully really soon. Zumba again tonight. Gonna have a low carb dinner tonight and so ready to do a different recipe.

wow - that is a steady 8lb (almost) every month. What a difference that would make. I didn't lose anything on biggest loser this week. I must have hit one of my stalls.
