Today I went over my points - way over. I had some boneless buffalo wings and ate some sweets afterwords, but I still exercised and surprisingly I don't feel all that guilty. As I was sweating my buns off this evening on the eliiptical, I was thinking to myself that I did enjoy those buffalo wings. However, I also thought about how I couldn't wait to start a new day tomorrow and eat healthy again. Today was the first time since I started weight watchers that I have eaten anything fried or extremely high in points. It was nice to give myself that little "cheat" and know that tomorrow I can get right back on track again.
