Did some math and figured out my ultimate goal of getting to 110 one more time isn’t possible. Well it is if I’m willing to sacrifice some muscle, which I’m not. 120# means losing 5# of fat, retaining all muscle and would put me about 21.8% bf. I was thinking 20-22%. I could go as low as 115. That would mean losing 10# of fat, retaining muscle and put me at 18.5% bf. I’m thinking somewhere between 115-120 is a good number.

After having three kiddos I doubt my hips will ever fit back in my favorite pre pregnancy jeans even if I did get to 110-115#. Maybe it’s time to give up on that goal.

Now I need to decide if giving up my snacks is worth losing an extra 5#. I’m comfortable at 120-125 now. Hmmm...

You do look fantastic, and figuring out what you can maintain and not just attain is something to think about. I was thinking about trying to go another five pounds or more down, but the last six months has nearly convinced me that I'm not willing to sacrifice that much. To be healthy and fit and feel good really seems like the best goals.

Thanks ladies! I just want to be my 16 or 18 year old weight one more time. I was 110 at 16 and 115-118 at 18-20. I wouldn’t want to maintain 115 I think. Maybe 118-120. Before chemo I felt my best around 122-125. I’m assuming that’s still the same. If so that will be my ultimate goal to maintain.
