I am working to try and get my weight loss moving again. It is hard to stay focused when the weight just doesn't seem to be moving but at least I haven't given up!

I have gotten back to planning out my weekly meals on Sat morning and worked Sunday to get my lunches and dinners prepared for the week. Fixed up some pink beans from dry for 3 of the meals, cooked up and diced my chicken for lunches, london broil for 3 dinners this week. Now to get more exercise in this week.

I have read that the body gets use to the same exercise so now I need to change it up. Well, at least that is what serveral articles.

Here is go seeing that scale start moving again!!! I am going to see this thing through the end this time. I need to fill my closet again but I will not go shoppimg until I am at my goal!
