Took 10 days to drop another pound. I'm feeling like a thin person and realizing 140 was my initial goal 47 lbs ago. I like this weight (140.6) but I think another 3 might be nice, say 137 (for a perfect 50 lb loss). Still have the little belly, after all. Very stubborn. This week my only goal is to not overdo my weight exercises and hurt my back or hips again. Also, to get to a solid 140 even lbs and then safely into the 130's which is a place not seen since I was in my early thirties.
