So I’ve been trying to weigh myself daily, but time just slips by me and I never seem to get to it. So I finally did it today! And even though I have been eating really bad the past week, mainly because of stress, I’ve managed to lose 400g, which is not a lot I know, but I’m relieved! This upcoming week I’ve promised myself to get back into my routine and start my track training as well as studying for my up and coming exams, so hopefully I’ll be getting closer to my goal soon!
