Actually pretty good. I was surprised.
50g white onions - slide thin half rounds, put on pan first with 1/2 tsp olive oil, when golden add
50d bell peppers- thinly sliced in strips, let cook for a bit, follow by
130g chicken breast skinless - cut in small cubes, let it cook few minutes, next
Half apple sliced;
3 tbsp of tika-masala sauce;
1 tbsp of low fat yougurt;
Stir everything together and cover with lid. Cook for additional 4-5min.
I would add some fresh herbs when served. Yum

I have a recipe for Tika Masala when I was in India and then when I combined that with my Culinary Degree I came up with an unqious version of the most incredible Tika Masala as well as for a Butter Chicken with Garlic Naan
