Finally under 324 again! It was a struggle because I kept binge eating and screwing it up. I know I need to fast for longer but I am sticking to 16:8 until I am in ketosis because fasting is easier that way. Kind of bummed out - canceled my vacation to Myrtle Beach since it's COVID central down there right now. I love Myrtle Beach. So sad. I just can't take any chances b/c I am in a higher risk group due to diabetes and obesity. Trying to figure out what to do instead. The states with the least COVID are Montana, Wyoming, North and South Dakota! Kind of far! Have a nice day everyone!
