Grrr. I know it isn't possible to gain 3 pounds in 2 days, but I hate when the numbers go up! I am now the same weight I was when I first started! And 3 pounds up from Monday's weigh. The body fat is still low, so I can only guess that this is water weight? I have no idea.

One nice thing, my bf last night said he could tell I was losing weight in my face. Not exactly the place I was looking to lose, but I'll take the compliment!

I am sore all over from 2 days of P90X! I don't remember being this sore the first time round, but bf said I was. I'm so uncomfortable to just move!

Good for you to sticking to your plan even with the weight up. If you're really sore than that weight is from your muscles retaining all that water to heal. I had the same problem when I started weight lifting again. My quads hurt so badly I go barely move. I had to ask my boyfriend if it would be like that everytime I worked out. He reminded me, no I would not always be in this much pain. As soon as your body adjusts to your new plan you'll only be sore right after, not days after.

Don't get discouraged! Sometimes I would gain a bit when I worked out hard, like water weight to the muscles. It will all work out in the end!

thanks everyone for the comments! I think I recovered from last week and am ready to start week 2 of P90X Round 2!
