Nandos is my go to... quarter chicken (breast portion) and Portuguese salad or coleslaw. You can do fish aways grilled hake with coleslaw. Never take chips as they are my demise.

Nandos would be your best option. Woolies chicken with salads

Rotisserie chicken (spar, PNP, checkers etc) and cupboard salads like beetroot and bean salads.
Tuna and sweet corn with fresh chopped cabbage and ginger.

Any McDonalds single big patty single cheese burger without tomato sauce and buns(I normally manually calc the items on the app), Burger King chicken wings, Spur chicken bacon avo salad, KFC thigh + leg and coleslaw, all these are under 500cal for supper. And Woollies has a few low carb single meals, their trout meal, chicken and cauliflower rice meal. Their veggie sides that are low carb and just add some chicken. Look on the app under the take away companies and log first before you buy that is what I do to see that it fits into my daily calories.

Spar's Rotisserie chicken is a winner! Just check, they sometimes have prepacked salads as well. If you have a primus you can make most of the things you would normally make stove top.

I don't have a Primus Lisa. That's why I asked. Since I started my diet I've been cooking for myself. On cheats I'd eat pizza or KFC. Takeaways with high calories. Today is not a cheat day so that's why I asked about healthy takeaways. I honestly don't know what is available out there except for the fatty high carb stuff we all love.

Nando's Hotpot with spicy rice. It's around 640 calories but I split it in two and have two meals out of it. So 320 kcal. It's quite filling and tasty.
Luckily I cook with gas so power isn't an issue.

I miss my gas stove from one of my previous homes. Thanks so much for all you guys. I really have a heap of choices now. Going to leave for town in 15 minutes to go buy food.

Not sure how it works for you. Just a note that I once got an electrician out for no reason. If the house power is tripped in the locked distribution box, municipality has to switch it on.
