I know it's been a while since I written in my journal or anything else but my family suffer a tragic event in our lives. My nephew was murdered and laid to rest now. He was a vital young man who happen to be outstanding father also. He will be miss and remember by all of us...
I've decide to wait til next week to begin my diet journey. To all my friends here thanks....
