I overate last night. Dipped into the swiss cheese, Nutella, cereal. Probably put at least a half pound on. Been a long time since I've done that. Back to work! But not to go in the opposite direction, which tends to bring on day 2 of a binge, for by the end of the night, I'm ravished. Just slow pace, exercise, eat protein and veggies, and all will be well. Weight will continue coming down.
