i am trying something new today.i'm eating a big breakfast and tapering off my calories in supper and snacks. what do yo all think? has anyone else been doing that?

its THE PERFECT thing to do, if you can stick to it, its the best thing for any of us!!! That late nite eating will not do wonders for anyone(ME!). Wish YOU luck!!!!

Breakfast is the most important meal... just be sure that it has lean proteins and good carbs (veggies), etc. ;) You're doing great, keep on truckin!

haha, I read this on here somewhere... breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, dinner like a pauper.... I every meal is important, and snacks inbetween. you should eat and not starve, thats important. I have actually heard to eat most of the carbs in the early part of your day too!!!
