Trying and trying to be motivated to eat on a low carb diet but it's been extremely challenging and frustrating!!! 😡😭 What is your inspiration and motivation?

Going to the pool today for some rest and relaxation... and probably a cheeseburger! I deserve a cheat meal!! 🤣

May be i should be the last person to answer your post about inspiraiton and motivation cause at last days when i get on the scale i can see that i have tkaen many kilos back :) For motivation i can say that.Before i get my kilos and live an healthy life.I was gettig everday on the scale and saw the results what is happening of my diet way.At that i was loosing weight and that was motivation and also inspired me to loose weight.For today you can swim at the pool with short times wich will make you an better cardio of walking and rideing to loose weight and your muscle mass.Don't to the same mistake like me.I made an cheat day and then after the other ones come again.Stop and one day or one meal.Sometimes cheat meals are great to focus on your diet but as i say above don't continue it.I am sure that if you belive in yourself you will loose weight day by day :))

If you continue eating cheeseburgers or as same calories as these, you can never find your motivation. You are conflicting with yourself, talking about low carbs and eating cheeseburgers, besides you are a bad example for others. It is up to you what to eat or drink, have a will power and hang on it.

You can cheat every meal and every day.It is up to you.But don't forget that you will never loose weight if you feed yourself like this method.Change your life style and find yourself and good diet or you will live always fat like me :)

If low carb diet is difficult for you, then don't do it. There are tons of diet type for all kind of body types, don't stick to just one diet. "In this life, you can only be a loser or the one who losers talk about." do you want to be a loser? I don't think so.

Low carb. diets are one of the most difficult diets to follow. Instead. I recommend a low fat diet.

I cook what I want for my parents and for my friends always I sit the table with them during they eat cakes I drink green tea during they drink coffees with snacks I prefer Goji berry with coffee . When you start distancing yourself from everything it comes back with big cheating meals. Forexample chefs, they cook everyday many good desserts and they also prepare beautiful plates. But they don't even touch them and they don't even prepare for themselves. When you are with all them or another example is waitresses, they also in big restaurants or even in small cafés they see many good meal they serve many good foods and drinks but in the breaks and end of day they eat with others normal meal that the chef prepared for workers and it's not so good something like they served all day long. When you middle of all those you don't want eat anymore after while but when you distance yourself it effects much worse in future. Also what makes me giving up from diet is cheat meals. I don't even eat little bit something, I rule myself. Because mostly after cheat meal you see the plusses on your weight and it demoralize you. Then you start see cheats do normal and after long time you stop your diet and your meals turn the worse than before. I don't talk about everybody but for most it's like that also for me. But many people says if you want eat little bit and if you really will be happy about what you ate and then you can say "that's it, I did 1 cheated meal so now I can turn back my diet schedule" but cheated days and when it's often its not something healthy for mental and body health :)

@aysezkn - Geez, isn't this a place to support each other? If I'm such a health saint, I wouldn't be here. You can cite me as a bad example for others, honestly who cares?? I never claim to be a good example, I look at what others are eating and I get inspired and motivated and I try and try and try again to get back on track. People like you who are negative should stay away and continue being miserable. Be a human and practise kindness. If kindness is not in you, scroll past and ignore the post. It's THAT EASY!

@BellezzaBlogger- Great advice! Thank you very much, I'll definitely bear that in mind. Mind over body kinda thing. I suppose once you get to a certain level, it gets very motivating especially when you see results and you are definitely spot on when you talk about being distant from those who are freely eating - this is definitely a challenge so yess, will muster up the courage, thanks so much again for great advice!! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
