I managed to go through the whole day yesterday eating Raw Vegan for the first time in a long time. I'm trying to get back to eating strictly vegan again. I've been riding the bike quite a bite lately and felt it was such a contradiction to eat so badly when I'm finally beginning to exercise regularly. I had put on water weight during my time of month and dropped 4 pounds overnight. Rode 10 road miles last night and 6.5 over the weekend mountain biking. Stomach has been upset from camp food, but I think that has passed.
