well when i eat i never stop till the plate is empty. i usually starve myself all morning then eat a large lunch. and a large dinner. after dinner i have wine and snacks cause at night is when i son goes to bed and its when i have the chance to feel crappy about myself. I wasnt always this way but have been since quit smoking a year and a half ago. i exercised for a year but just maintained a unhappy weight so then i quit cause i was frustrated. so now im 40 pounds heaver and counting. I have a strange addiction to pizza and will actually cry if i cant have it or its not exactly the way i want it. I often cry at restaurant so my husband hates taking me out to dinner. But i cant control the crying, if something is off or isn't the way i need it to be. I love and hate food daily.
