A few days ago my elliptical broke. I haven't had the chance to fix it yet but I am still watching calories and everything's been great! Scale shows I've gained weight. I don't even see how this is possible. Going to start walking in the evenings. Gonna wait another week before I weigh in. Any advice? You think it could just be water weight?

Could just be normal fluctuations. Definitely could be water weight. I wouldn't be too concerned about it, as long as you are eating within your RDI and keeping active where you can it should even out. The body is a funny thing. Make sure you are drinking lots of water and eating plenty of fiber to keep everything moving through, especially the fat you're burning! :-)
