I'm pretty pleased with how things are going! Here is my latest status sheet from a personal goal spreadsheet tracking thingy I'm using. I'm stoked... The red stars are my original goals. The blue stars on the blue line are when I actually met the goals, and the blue stars with no line (250, 240 {100lb lost}, and 225) are what the model is projecting based on how I'm doing. Could be 225 before the end of the year! :D

LOL!!! Yeh, I probably do have a tendency to complicate things. I'm like that. But, it is helping me--and that's all I need. Thanks so much! Still wishing you luck with that ORANGE THEORY stuff, BTW.
