Trying to stay focused. Even though I have introduced exercise in my routine, I have yet to add weights. I am also struggling with cutting out carbs, they just appeal to me. I am going to work hard this weekend so I can eat cake on Monday. I’m celebrating a wedding anniversary, hubby’s birthday and mine all in the same month.
