I've added protien shakes for breakfast - I find it helps with my protien intake and keeps me full well into lunch time. I'm trying not to be too low on carbs, but making healthier choices. I'm basically trying to live as if I had diabetes already. Sounds weird - but it is a healthy diet and a lifestyle change. I've walked for atleast 45 mins everyday for he last four days and will have a visit to my nutritionist this thursday - we'll see what the scale says...even if I loose just a pound or two - I'll be so happy!
