Hello loves! Long time no see. I didn’t realize how long it’s been 😊 I’ve been working on a couple things other than eating and although difficult, it’ll pay off.
1. I’m weaning myself off a medication (with a doctor’s assistance and approval) which has caused some withdrawals and discomfort, making it difficult to keep up eating, but I think I’ve been doing alright.
2. I’m also lowering the amount of nicotine I take in.

So, I’ve been uncomfortable. But ok😊

I never thought I’d have difficulty reaching 1800 cal. I just feel like I’m never hungry and end up eating like 700 cal! Any suggestions?

plan your meals and snacks and set alarms to remind you to eat. Or, maybe add supplemental shakes to up your calorie intake and make sure you are getting enough nutrients. wishing you well on your life journey and endeavors.

Thank you! That’s great advice. I read this yesterday (forgot to reply) and started seeing an alarm to remind me to eat something. It’s worked out well👍 Plus I’ve added a plant-based protein powder and a vitamin; I’ve been careful to not treat it as a replacement, but it has definitely helped.

I've thought of setting alarm not to overeat. Lindora says a minimum of 2.5 hours between meals/snacks.

I didn’t know that, but it dies make perfect sense that there should be a minimum time frame between snacks. I have the opposite problem (I’ll be setting alarms to remind myself to eat), but I’ll make sure I set them a certain time apart. 😊
