Really excited to see consistent drops, but I have to admit it takes some serious mental effort to eat healthy and make it a lifestyle change.
My wife has joined me in the weight loss battle. It has made the efforts a little easier, especially with snacking at night. She has managed to lose 10kg since the 1st of August on OMAD.
We have also entered diet bet, lose 4% in 4 weeks, lets see if the money spent is enough motivation to keep at it. Has anyone tried it? Hoping to get under 60 in the next 2 weeks. With my lack of height, my weight is still way over what it should be.
