Well, I'm pleased with myself. I think I've bounced back very quickly from this weekend's food indulgent activities. It usually takes me a week to get back in the swing of things. And thanks to this site and being able to write down my thoughts and read other people's feedback, I feel great and back on my diet.
It is a quarter to 9:00 p.m., and I am feeling strong. I don't feel that tonight will be overly indulgent. How happy I am that I've found something to latch onto that helps me with my "addiction." I really feel that I can potentially move past it now. Besides reading everyone else's comments, which helps me a great deal, the best thing for me about this site is that I can do self-therapy with these journals.
