Thank you!!! Thank you!!! Thank you to everyone out there who is writing and commenting and sharing with me. I feel so strong and able to pull myself out of this lifelong struggle with my weight. I am so happy with my good luck of stumbling onto this site. It never occurred to me how important it is to talk and think and share.

This past Sunday I went to a party that I really overate at. I enjoyed myself, though. I actually wanted to experiment with overeating and enjoying myself. I was hoping that I would be able to pull myself down from the food-indulgent "high" that I was on. And it took me two days, Sunday and Monday. But by yesterday, I was able to go back to my routine. Yesterday morning I spent an hour on here, even before I exercised. And it was the therapy I needed. I'm back. Yeah!!!!!!!
