Switching to steel cut oats and eliminating the wheat germ and flax from my oatmeal for a while to help lower my calorie intake.
No Exercise. Had cheese pizza today, will probably effect my Rosacea. Started taking vitamins again Multi, C, Calcium with Magnesium and D. I read that taking Vitamin B can help with Rosacea, I will have to give it a try.
