Okay. I am starving! I know I am complaining. And I am going to do my treadmill after I write on here, but I can't satiate myself. It's very unpleasant. I know it's my body getting used to this lower calorie level. I am going to vent to you good people, my support system. I am going to drink more water and wait. I will dive into the protein later for lunch. I will withstand this unpleasantness. Boy, I feel better already. It's amazing how good a little shared venting can feel. Thanks, all!

I am already feeling much better. I had a little panic attack. But without this site, that would have led right into a dive-in session in the refrigerator. I am so glad I have this place to come to when I need it. And I seem to need it all the time. Not a bad "addiction," in my opinion. It definitely takes time away from other duties in my life, but it's well worth it. And I am meeting so many wonderful people here! I am going to go back to my treadmill now. Have a fantastic weekend, all of you, if I can't make it on here to chat. And stick to it! Together we can do it!

This place is great for me,too. It really helps. Whenever I feel like eating, feeling blue or etc... I dive in Fatsecret:-))

When I did WW, having a high protein breakfast helped me with those desperate hunger pains. It was a little strange - I'd fry up a burger sometimes for breakfast - but it helped a lot!! Just a thought!!!

Thank you, Paige. I was thinking protein myself. I made myself one of those salisbury steaks from weight watcher's for lunch. And I've been drinking a lot of water, which is actually helping a lot.
