I'm writing in my journal to avoid the late night snacking. I'm feeling the urge to eat something and I really don't want to!!! So...I'm gonna repeat these words until I'm not hungry anymore.

"I am not really hungry. You can overcome this. You deserve to lose the weight and show the world the gorgeous person you really are."

Ok...I'm gonna go drink a lot of water now....lol.

That's exactly why I'm here. If I keep my hands on this keyboard, I am much less likely to walk over to the refrigerator. Boy, the evenings are the hardest!

I know!!!! I hate it!! I wonder why?!?! It's purely mental I think. UGH!! lol....water water water!

I always thought it was my own personal problem. But so many people on here have trouble in the evening. I think it has to do with getting tired. You lose your resistance. But writing on here really helps. It actually helps to talk it through. It is mental. I know I'm not really hungry. I just feel like nibbling. Besides writing on here, I've also started reading more. I used to watch much more television, my favorite time to nibble. And I still have the shows I love, but I try to watch them on the treadmill. When you're hands are holding a book, it's tougher to grab food.
